Franklin Haus - Frankenmuth Vacation Homes

The house was clean and updated with all the basic amenities needed. It would have been nice to have a tv in every bedroom and one in the basement. Communication with owner was slow and didn’t always respond.

Perfect Family Christmas StayWe rented this Frankenmuth home for a family Christmas and it was just what we needed—spacious, clean, and close to downtown. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the living areas were cozy for games and movies. Bedrooms were comfortable and gave everyone their own space.A couple of small suggestions: more chairs for the dining table would help larger groups, and a few extra decorations could add warmth.Overall, it was the perfect spot for our holiday gathering, and we’d happily stay again.

The beautifully renovated Franklin Haus was the perfect home for my nieces and I to enjoy the friendly community of Frankenmuth. The location is perfect for walking the downtown area to enjoy all the shops, and opportunities for all manner of food and drink. Walks through this gorgeous neighborhood were relaxing. The house itself was incredibly comfortable from the mattresses to the living room, dining room, and front porch furniture. Two washers and dryers made laundry a breeze! We enjoyed and used the whole house! The homeowners and support staff are kind and so welcoming.

This location was perfect size for our group! Beautifully renovated house, in a nice neighborhood, close to free shuttle. Each room could use a rug and maybe some local pictures in the walls, therefore taking away the echos in each room . One room facing the street didn’t have a blind. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were beautiful, the furniture in each room was very nice. Thank you again for a great stay we will definitely stay again when in the area!
